I apologized for not being able to fulfill my academic progress due to my requirement at home with my very ill grandmother with few unknown diagnoses such as Dementia and Parkinson disease; unlikely, she was needing more attention that I was aware of which cause me to lose focus on my educational goals. Fortunately, my mom has been provided the necessary resource care available for my grandmother care with a government assistance program to help her with daily living.
