Pursuing A MSW Degree

I want to pursue a MSW degree at this time because the profession will give me the opportunity to help people from all walks of life in a multitude of settings. The greatest reward will be to know and feel that the work that I do is having an impact on people’s lives. I want to help people who may look like me, grew up in similar intolerable conditions or have endured personal and social adversities at the hands of inequality. Since graduating college five years ago, I have lost my sense of self. The passion that once powered and motivated me has been silenced.
