This quote was said by Michael Morpurgo in discussing how the teacher helps you learn not just by what’s inside the classroom. Kindergarten and Elementary school teachers are here to help you learn and be prepared for the future, they teach you the communication and techniques you need for the future. They work with you and help you with all your mistakes that you make. Teacher’s always supervise you and make sure that you’re doing the correct work. Pursuing a career as a kindergarten teacher is an ideal job because it has, a set schedule, daily tasks, and many benefits.

One example of the daily tasks teachers need to accomplish is supervising the students. Supervising the students is very important because the teachers will see how well the children are learning or how well they’re being taught. Teachers would have to pay attention to their writing skills, how well they’re listening to their teacher, and their social skills with other children or teachers. Also the teachers will have to keep a close eye on the children outside of the school during recess. Another example of daily tasks the teacher needs to accomplish would be reminding the kids about classroom rules, some of the rules the children will need to be reminded of are, keep your hands and feet to yourself, always listen, raise your hand, and be nice to each other. They are reminded of these rules because sometimes the kindergarteners forget and it’s the teacher's job to constantly remind them these rules, also reminding them constantly will build up their memory. The last task teachers need to accomplish would be to email or call their parents and tell them what their kids are doing that might need to be worked on, like social skills, behaving in the classroom, listening to the teacher, and keeping their hands and feet to themselves. This helps the parent, teacher and student for their other years in school, but it mainly helps the parents so they can teach their child not to do those things or to listen better. If the kindergartener is an only child they might not have good social skills, so it's the parent's job to teach the kid to, share, be nice, and respect the other people around him or
