Coming from a low income family, it has been very hard for me to try and reach my goals in life. Especially since my parents are immigrants, I have seen a lot of racism growing up; however, that has not stopped them from doing what they love. As a young child around seven years old, I never had the determination to go to college because both of my older sisters did not go to college. I saw that they had a stable job and were happy with their life. I did not realize until around the age of twelve years old that I wanted to pursue a career, I just did not know in what.
