The general argument made by the author, World of Health, in their article is that weather accidental or purposeful, drug overdoses occur when to much of a certain drug has been taken. More specifically they argue that people with mental health issues are more likely to abuse drugs than a person without them. Also, children are very susceptible to drug overdoses. Over one million children are poisoned each year. They write “ Taken in combination with other drugs or alcohol, even drugs normally considered safe can cause death or serious long-term consequences.” in the passage they are stating that even drugs that are considered to be safe, when taken in moderation (such as tylenol) have adverse effects when taken to much or with alcohol.
