What is Neonaticide? Neonaticide is a process in which to the killing of a child during the first 24 hours of life. Which is the complete opposite of an abortion. I completely disagree with the whole purpose of neonaticide, the only sense of actually killing the baby after birth is if it has a medical condition, and would not be able to live a good life without 24 hour care. When it comes to neonaticide a couple or the single mother have months to plan on how to raise a child or think about having an abortion. If a baby’s born, with it being fine and healthy with no medical problems, and yet the couple or the single mother still do not want to keep their baby because they have doubts that they would not be able to give the baby a good life,
