This research will give an insight view on the various elements of the marketing process and how it will benefit Pure Bliss Spa & Salon management and also its customers. Tenonline.org (2015) defines marketing as “everything you do to place your product or services in the hands of potential customers.” Marketing requires co-ordination, planning, implementation of campaigns and employees with the appropriate skills to ensure marketing success (Learnmarketing.net, 2015).

Pure Bliss Spa & Salon use this process not only fulfills our customer’s wants and needs but to also help the firm become more efficient in its services it provides/ offers. Marketing Strategy is describe as an ultimately designed to increase market share for a company and its brands, using a range of marketing tactics to accomplish specific goals for new customer acquisition and increased customer loyalty (Small Business – Chron, 2015). The Spa & Salon uses marketing strategy as a mean to define its vision, mission and business goals and it will also be a means of describing the products and service that the business offers (Business.qld.gov.au, 2015). Having market strategy in place can help the business to become more developed and also help the business to gain more profit. Marketing mix refers to the different alternatives a business has to make in order to bring products and services market. The four P’s that are used to define the marketing mix are: product, price, place and promotion (Mindtools.com, …show more content…
The situation analysis has shown that majority of customers attending the spa, usually do so after 4pm during week days. Therefore it is recommended that times workers start their shift at around that time and extra security is added for customers’ safety. Also discount could be offered to customers who seek the services of the Spa & Salon between the hours of 11am and 2pm. Marketing strategy are ultimately designed to increase market share for a company and its brand (Small Business-Chron, 2015). At strategic move that the company should take is the used of social media and sponsorship of the various neighbor watch month newsletter. Given that few environments are static, the result of the marketing effort should be monitored closely. At market changes, the marketing mix can be adjusted to accommodate the changes (Netmba, 215). Finally the location of Spa & Salon offers it a more powerful position in the market. It makes the work of the Business Development Consultant less difficult. The marketing mix can be maximized. The location is crime free. Business in the area usually closes at midnight. It is in middle to upper class community.
