Punishment In The Outsiders

In the book the Outsiders Johnny and Ponyboy kill a Soc. It’s a good thing they ran away afterwards . they could get arrested, the soc are probably looking for them,the gang is probably mad at them.even tho they should have stayed and fas there punishment they did not want the cops or the socs to find them

First Ponyboy and johnny could get arrested. Research has shown that after going to prison it is harder to get a job. The cops would probably believe the socs even tho it is self defense.If they go to prison bad things could happen to them, they could die .
