When people think of fall, they think of foliage, warm drinks, and everything pumpkin. Pumpkins are practically the greatest talked about fall essential, even though one part of the pumpkin is habitually forgotten about; the seeds, they always get put under the bus. We realize pumpkins have seeds, but they are never talked about. Most don’t know what to do with the seeds, so they just toss them with the rest of the insides. Use a spoon or some other type of scooping tool to make this part easier. Have either one or two bowls to put the insides in.
