Filmmakers have been able to consistently pull viewers in with certain emotions using various types of camera angles. Whether the camera angles are over the shoulder shots, establishing shots, lower angle, higher angle, shot reverse shot, framing, or even a medium shot they all do the same thing but just different ways. What makes the scene seem so amazing is the angle Tarantino used was unbelievable, he shot an over the shoulder shot from a low angle behind the man in the chair looking directly at Samuel, within the scene it grabs your emotions because you can see the fear the man in the chair has because he is shaking and quivering while you can see the power and strength of Samuel as he is screaming and pointing a gun at him.
