PER REPORTER: Cullin has a burn mark on his right arm. It's 1-2 inches long and red in color. Cullin said a cousin pushed him into the stove. The aunt was asked about it. She lives in the home. The other children are the aunt's children. The aunt said it was from grease on the stove. She didn't say a cousin did it. She said the children were playing and it caused grease to splatter on Cullin's arm but the injury wasn't consistent with a splatter. There were no pictures taken. He was not seen by a doctor to the reporter's knowledge. Reporter saw the burn mark this morning. The incident happened sometime over the weekend. There are other concerns with Cullin. They are from Louisiana. Last week and today, Cullin had episodes of cursing, spitting,
