I think the hardest part for me was choosing the topic. For days, I was debating what to talk about. I decided to talk about how to build your credit score, since it was something I familiar with. So, I decided to talk about my life experience in the customer service field and how it thought me three values; patience, not being judgmental, and be optimistic.
