Summary: On 02/229/2016 at approx. 0011 Siena Heights University (SHU) Dept. of Public Safety (DPS) was notified by resident student Danica Hoskings that resident student Kara Burak was passed out in residence hall rm. 220. No paramedics were dispatched. See narrative for further.

Information: I Officer Chad Stephenson and Officer Devlin responded to room 220. Upon arrival Kara Burak was laying in her bed on her side. I rolled Burak over on her back and said her name she looked up at me and was talking to me and was alert and responsive. Burak said she has been having chest pain for the last few days and had tightness in her chest and that her breathing was a little tight also. I then asked Burak if she needed paramedics called Burak
