SUMMARY: On 11/29/2016 at approx. 2120hrs. Tristan Roth reported to Siena Heights University (SHU) Dept. of Public Safety (DPS) that her vehicle had been damaged while driving in the South field house.

INFORMATION: I, Sr Officer Chad Stephenson was approached by Roth who requested to file a report on damage to his vehicle. Roth stated to me that he was in the South Filed House parking lot. As he was driving west to leave a car backed along the back of the field house back out and hit Roth's car Roth stopped to talk with who hit his car. When Roth made contact with the driver of the other car Cassie Ejarque said she was sorry and that it was her fault then gave him all her insurance info then Ejaruque left scene.
