A law like this poses a threat to all people using public restroom facilities and dressing rooms. With allowing men to enter female restroom you are allow men free range to go into female restrooms, locker rooms, and dressing rooms. This law can allow men to wander where the feel and bring up amount of rapes and molestation in the United States. This must be a safety concern for all woman. A quote from the article states, "It would just take one case to hit the media," Waits said, and "people would be afraid to shop." All it would take would be one man deciding to prey on a female and abuse this law and cause harm to the female community. We must stand against this law for the good of the nation and female population. With people deciding their own genders now when is enough enough. Society is all about being who you really. So should we be allowed to use whichever restroom you want based on what sex you believe you are? Some argued that with you being able to have constructive surgeries you are then physically a male or female so you should be able to use either restroom based on that. The real argument people really want to solve is how you determine the gender of person. There are dangers to this issue and we need to decide which is more important, someone's safety or someone's personal belief of their own body.
