While pursuing a public health major, I will be exposed to issues pertinent in the real world. I hope to apply the set of knowledge and skills I gain to help improve the lives of people in our society. I aspire to be a physician assistant, a career through which I can interact directly with patients and offer well consultancy. A public health major will not only prepare me for physician assistant school, but will also introduce me to the administrative sector, including health care reform and management.
