INTRODUCTION This contextual project work consists of Ten (10) concept from the Module Entitled – ‘‘PUBLIC HEALTHNURSING’’ BSN 10 I will describe each of the concepts in terms of its meaning, critically analyze it for its real life application and will be followed by some references of the current research evidence. Real life application will explore to possible relationship of the concepts with the personal, social or professional life.

In our institution Epidemiology process are which is a systematic course of action are often taken to investigate community health problem in order to describe; the distribution patterns and determinant of health, disease and condition frequencies in the population, to know who is affected, where the affected person reside (place), when the persons were affected (time), causing factor of health and disease occurrence (host-agent-environment determinants), prevention and control measure.
The epidemiology process is carried out by taking these following actions: Clinical observation by the health personnel Interview of the affected person, friends &
