In my observation of the Public Health County Director job description, I notice that general structure didn’t start with the summary description until after the minimum qualification. I felt like the future applicants would like to see first, the summary of job description; and then go into the job duties, minimum qualifications, and other job factors. In the job overview, was clear with standard requirement which includes: contain 1-3 paragraphs, given the main points (overall complexity of the work) of the key responsibilities, functions, and duties. As if the employer was answer the question to a future applicant. In work activities section, the employer did avoid obvious statement that related to how the work is to be done, but used
