Being introduced to public health I learned the dimension consisting of physical ,emotional ,and social and environmental wellness . These dimensions of health have affected my individual health.Throughout my life I have experienced all these dimensions ,the most common one of my personal health, social and environmental wellness ,emotion health, and fitness.Every dimension is important to me and becoming aware of my personal health can improve my health overall .

Some health , preventing, practice I do is eat a balanced vegetarian nutritious , diet since in my family, we have a history of diabetes, high blood pressure ,and cholesterol.Exercise for an hour a day to relieve any stress ,use a seat belt , brush my teeth and floss two times a day .Take all prescribed medicine, and avoid to intake any medicine not prescribe to me . And avoid any alcohol or drug since my parent don't consume these intakes . Go for check-ups follow by any appointment , and ask frequently about my health to prevent and illness .

When I was about 12 I began to notice that I would bleed every night and it wasn't bleeding where it would go away within within the 10 minutes it took approximately like an hour .My mom noticed that my skin

Last year in June when a family member of mine got shot 6 time in an accident . After the incident I felt very lonely and my behavior change dramatically and my parents decided to take me to counseling to help me and after three months I slowly started to recover. Now if I feel stressed or anxious I try to calm down and relax and give someone a call to help me calm myself . Through the words of wisdom , support , and motivation my family and friends give me they inspire me to fulfill my aspiration.The best support I receive is from is my family and friends a simple call they give me shows me how much they care about me
