Public Engagement Evaluation Guide

So, what is the verdict? What is the best approach? As a folklorist my first impulse is to go with qualitative methods and data. However, public folklore exist in a reality of funding organizations, governments and businesses. Entities that prefer quantitative data. In all my research I did not find one method or approach that would work for all types of projects. The best advice is to combine qualitative and quantitative methods.
