Husky assembly team had a concern in regards to quality of gun drilled holes in columns today. The parts have deep spiral marks all the way thru the features. I understand that these holes can be difficult to manufacture and chips evacuation might be a challenge. Use of optimal cutting parameters and properly maintained tools should help to overcome the challenge.
Please, let me know if Triumph made recently any changes to this process and verify condition of the tools. We agreed to use the columns serial number 82047 and 82046 as is.

The only problem was that, we had didn’t really have the two significant decimal numbers. Hence, we rounded our volume to 45.01 mL. Also, we got exactly 23.00 mL for our finishing volume of the acid for trial three. Therefore, once again we rounded it to 23.02mL in order to get at least two significant decimal numbers.…

This requirement is time consuming for Airmen and labor intensive for CSLs. With the completion of the AFIN migration and the concept of one-AF-one-network, the AF Form 2875 should not have to be re-accomplished for NIPRNET access every time an Airman completes a PCS/PCA. This concept can be applied across the board to many other Enterprise level systems. Under a single domain, the AF Form 2875 should follow the member until retirement or separation from the Air Force. The form should be treated as part of the Airman’s personnel record, similar to a re-enlistment document or promotion statement of understanding.…
