* For the first one this is what I would do...okay so we have the original equation for the first one & based off that this is what I would do...I would discover f ( 2 ) by inserting x equals 2.

f ( x ) equals 3x plus 2 f ( 2 ) equals 2 f ( x ) represents 3x plus 2 so the letter f which is the two would represent three which is now 3 ( 2 ) plus 2 equals 8

1 over f ( 2 ) equals 8

2 over f ^ - 1 ( 3 ) when f ( x ) equals 2x minus 7 over three. For this one what we want to do is discover f ^ - 1 ( x ) which will be 3x plus 7 over 2 & after that f ^ - 1 ( 3 ) equals 8.

Solve for the letter y so 2y plus 14 equals 4y minus 2

Basically for this one the main thing that we want to remember is y equals mx plus b & the letter m represents the slope & the letter b represents where it crosses the y axis if that makes sense.

Based off what I just said, we can arrive at a conclusion for what the question is asking us. For #1 it includes a slope of the number 0 & a intercept of the number sixty. So now we have y equals sixty. For #2 it includes a slope of the number fifth teen but this time there is no intercept at all. So now we have y equals 15x. For #3 Lastly it includes a slope of the number five & a intercept of the number thirty & now we have y equals 5 x plus thirty.

For the most & important part is sam might need to know. I feel like logically she would need to understand where the lines intersect basically. If he was to see & realize that y equals sixty & y equals five x plus thirty intersect when x equals six. Both of the lines obviously posses a value of the number sixty & by saying that it would simply imply that he could apply the wave & the rental for at least sixh & only have to pay sixty bucks. If he were to use the board he would only have to pay ninety bucks for at least sixh of use which is not good. I guess I would use like a tape measurement or something & begin at the tree itself & maybe stretch it out. Now based off that I assume that I would probably have to discover the halfway point by finding out the length & using division & do it by the number two & because of that the segments themselves are equidistant which is exactly like the sand trap is from the tree & cart. The architect or if this was an actual project would have someone pull the strip & make sure that it's by the halfway point if that makes sense. After that there would probably be another person that would pull it between someone else & the end of the tape measurer if that makes sense. The next thing that would probably happen is moving the individuals so the measurer is perpendicular to the cart if that's logical & while making sure that the segments are taught & after that we finally have a point.

Basically for this question the main & important things for polynomials are the vertex , the axis of symmetry & of course the x & y intercepts. Also one that I forgot to mention is the degree of the polynomial. The reason why they are necessary are because the degree itself will
