Over 20 years old, the building has been built by PT. Triweger (now is Royal HaskoningDHV), the brewery looks a little run down, as the maintenance of civil works, especially re-painting, has been neglected over the years. Furthermore, client has some small civil works coming up, amongst other such as floor tile repair, lining of fish pond, Bio-mass boiler, bottle sorting and other small maintenance repair. Client has intended to up-grading works to the brewery.
