Piaget’s, Vygotsky, Bruner and Erickson’s focused about the theory human development. Piaget wrote about the psychology and focus in age for the child but the Erickson’s focus in psychosocial development theory. It has eight stage’s which are trust vs mistrust, autonomy vs doubt, initiative vs guilt, industry vs inferiority, identity vs role confusion, intimacy vs isolation, generativity vs self-absorption and integrity vs despair. Now the person now who I am, the young people have a deeper relationship with other people such as friends and partner. The person start explore to keep the rest of his life with him. If the person failure in the relationship they often become isolated from society. In my opinion the relationship its important in this stage because the person start formation relationship with who will be the length of this life.(Boeree,2006)
The stage seven is generativity vs self-absorption( middle adulthood ) in this stage the young adult involved with the community, more productive .the middle adulthood need help and support the younger generation. They have a children so you should provide a cost-effective and successful life for them . on the other hand, if the person stays in the home a don’t do anything they feel unimportant and uninvolved.( Sharkey,1997) The last stage integrity vs despair . in this stage a person reflects on his own life. people got wise, careful and thought in the stage. They think What did they do in their lives and what happen, and what are things and goals they have and do not do in the life. Conversely the person desperate in the life who looks back and see that he done nothing in the life . When I go to school first l I depend on myself I study and do my homework alone. I don’t make the relationship with a student, also I afraid of the teacher. A month later every day I cry I don’t want to go the school because the student doesn't like me and the teacher always punishment me. I feel the school its same terrifying place but my mother talk with the teacher and tell her to give the class lesson (how to make friends) when the teacher give this lesson I try totook with student class. According to Slavin(2012) “ failure creates an inability to self-image, a sense of inadequacy that may be merely hinder future learning”(p61)

In conclusion, Erickson his eight stages in theory for psychosocial development. The theory for Erickson helps the people understand the stages for all person, and how to deal with each stage.
