The words Sociopath and Psychopath have frequently used interchangeably. This however is not the case, they are different in the ways that they act and think. Though there are some similarities to them as well. The main things that seem to cause this would be the way their brain works, which seems to be due to a multitude of factors. A Psychopath is someone who shows signs of amoral and antisocial behaviors. The tend to have issues when it comes to loving others. This also causes them to have a harder time with relationships as well. They also seem to care more about themselves more than others, even to extreme extents at times. Psychopaths generally end up being more educated than a Sociopath. They tend to hold higher job titles and are better off. Sociopaths tend to have more aggressive and impulsive behavior, doing something in the moment over thinking something out. Psychopaths on the other hand carefully plan things out, trying to avoid any mistakes. They also seem to be much more manipulative than Sociopaths are. Since sociopaths are usually more impulsive this means that they wouldn’t take the time to carefully manipulate someone for the long term. Psychopaths can’t form any kind of attachment to someone, unless there is something for them to gain. It is never romantic or loving, seeing that they cannot do that either. Sociopaths can form some attachments, though they tend to be focused more on one person. They’re more different than similar in some cases. This makes it easier to figure out which person fits into which
