What I found most interesting about Management is how I could use some of the studies and things I learn in psychology, and relate to the some of the theories for example the Human Relations Movement, and the Hawthorne Studies. Moreover, I found the first chapter about very interesting about the managerial because when I go to work and look at my managers and supervisors and think about what about I learn in the book, and compare what I learned and what I see at my job. For example, I had one of manager who always planning, making decisions, communicating, and leading before the things goes out of control and making sure things goes right for the store, the employees, and the customers. I thought Henri Fayol’s 14 Universal Principles of Management
