1. What words would you use to describe the clients across the following variables?

A) The client appears to be dressed in casual attire; grooming seems to be fair she is oriented to date, day, month. She is not oriented to the season, country or location. She is sitting an relaxed upright position with her left leg crossed over the right one. She appears to have full functioning of motor skills and doesn’t show any restricted movement. She has a full range of facial expressions, makes eye contact, and uses her hands to demonstrate thoughts and feelings.
B) Sondra seems to have trouble with cognitive functioning and concentration she is unable to remember APPLE, TABLE, PENNY and struggles with repeating this information correctly. She is unable to spell WORLD forwards and backward. She can’t identify pen and watch and has struggled with simple commands. She appears to have low intelligence and has a hard time with cognitive flexibility she seems to be distracted and confused at times throughout the interview.

Her speech tone is normal, she speaks in a clear and understandable manner, and her affect is appropriate to the situation and mood. Her thought process appears to be coherent and goal-directed.
D) The client appeared does appear to value her physciall appearnce. She is dressed appropriatley and doesn’t look dishveled or out of sorts. She also seems to value interpersonal skills and is corropative with the social woker and speaks to him calmly throuught the interveiw.
E) Sondra appeared to be cooperative and seemed to try to answer the questions to the best of her ability. She also was engaged during the interview and asked questions to the social
