This variable map summarises about the relationship between four psychological safety dimensions, including physical risk psychological safety, energy psychological safety, inner psychological safety and team psychological safety and creativity in the previous studies. It is somewhat surprising that only two studies addressed the relationship between component of psychological safety and creativity and no single research that address all psychological safety dimensions in one study. Table 1 also compares the methodological approach of studies such as data collection method, country and journal information. For example, based on data collection method ten studies used self-administered mail survey, seven studies used drop and collect survey and only one study used observation as the data collection method. Moreover, even though the key studies addressed the relationship between psychological safety dimensions and creativity, the results found that there is no single research which addressed all variables in one study. Team psychological safety is the most popular variable which is used in psychological safety research (40.74%) and three variables, including inner psychological safety, energy psychological safety and creativity have been used in 33.33% of studies for each variable respectively. However, the number of studies which are investigate the relationship within those psychological safety dimensions are limited. Thus, there is an opportunity to examine those relationships. Moreover, physical risk psychological safety is only used in 14.8% of studies. Hence, topic on physical risk psychological safety is neglected arguably and needs to be explored in the future
