Outcome
The desired outcomes via interventions will only be for a short-term purpose, and it needs to be follow up afterwards to monitor the effectiveness of interventions suggested. To have a good intervention basic psychological needs will be covered which are autonomy, one’s accord of their behaviour, secondly competence, mastery and the ability to bring out the outcome wanted, and lastly, relatedness which is the relation and proximity that one’s feel in everyday interaction (Milyavskaya & Koestner, 2011).
Prior to the suggested interventions which are the team building exercise, relaxation room and policy making with the teachers. A set of WTMST scale (Fernet, et al., 2008) and Maslach Burnout Inventory- Educators’ survey (Simbula & Guglielmi, 2010) to measure the before and after effectiveness of the intervention.

The team building will consist of several components such as goal setting, problem solving, role clarification and interpersonal relations (Klein, et al., 2009). Additionally, past research has reported that post team building period, it has an increment in job satisfaction and better group coherence (Birx, LaSala &Wagstaff, 2011), with a research that has done a meta-analysis found that the team building intervention is reported to be effective and improve the team outcomes (Klein, et al.,
