Let's begin with physical stress. Physical stress feels like my heart pounds faster, muscles tighten, blood pressure rises, and it's get more difficult to breath as if my pain will range from up, down, and sideways. Then I get a migraine that just won't go away. Times where I feel it's easier not to face reality and sleep my problems away. Letting the day go by while other times where I have millions of thoughts running through my mind during restless nights. I’ll just sit there in silence and realize sometimes silence is violent. My personal opinion of psychical stress is the unbalance state of mind. Obviously nobody likes to feel like they’re pressured, especially when you're held with many responsibilities.
