With this option being in play, a various amount of emotions will be encountered. Aggression is most likely to be the first emotion to be elected. This is very understandable. Patients are coming from backgrounds of pain, abuse, and violence. They will want to retaliate from what they have encountered and will most likely want someone else to feel the pain with them. This other person will be myself. I will have to use my understanding of persuasion to channel the aggression towards something productive and healthy. With my knowledge of persuasion, I know the outcome could possibly be negative.
