I am seeking challenging new graduate RN position in an inpatient psychiatric care facility. I possess over 7 years of experience providing intense case management services to individuals suffering from severe and persistent mental health illnesses, drug and alcohol abuse as well as forensic and homelessness histories. Additionally, I have five (5) years experience working with children and adults with developmental disabilities. Developing therapeutic relationships with patients is key to successful outcomes. I am a graduate nursing student working towards attaining Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
