The provider facilitated a session focused on psychiatric medication management. The staff educated James how important is to refill his medications box. James refilled his medications box few minutes before the session began. The staff double checked his medications box to ensure his medications were correct. In which they were. Moreover, the staff taught James to check the remaining medications to make sure he has enough for the following week. After James checked his reminders, he had few medications that needed refills. The staff taught James to phone the pharmacy and ask for refills. The staff trained James to always introduce himself before asking for refill. James stated that “they all know who I’m; they can tell by the way I talk."
