It is good to have a doctor who are willing to listen to your concerns. One thing I learned from my job is to listen to your instinct. I do not know how many times this happened to me where my instinct kicks in and most of time they are worth listening to and they are true. I understand how difficult it is to take care of psych patients. I am a psych nurse myself. Our affect has an effect to the patients. These patients can see and feel how you treat them. If you are negative to the patients, they will treat you negatively too. It is important to stay pleasant to people because that positive effect can change their behavior and
