Psy 270 Week 2 Journal Analysis

This week I worked with Dr. Lanting, his scribe, Anna, and three other Medical Assistants. Their names are Juana who is the MA supervisor, Andre, and Annette. It seems like Monday’s and Tuesday’s are the busiest days at the clinic. It seems like the more time at the clinic the more I am learning. There are so many up and coming medications out there for chronic idiopathic uticaria and Asthma. My guess is that there are several others, but I find it all really interesting.
There are several skills I worked on this week including, PFT tests, prick tests, intradermal testing, ear lavages, and rooming patients. Something really cool that I got to do this week, was a stinging insect test. We test for Yellow Jacket, Honey Bee, Yellow Hornet,
