Thank you both for meeting with me today. The following is a brief summary of items discussed:

1. Assignments – When given assignments, Joe is expected to complete the forms until he has mastered the forms and has a better understanding of the entire process. He is not expected to complete/submit an entire filing with exhibits. Deadlines, however, should not be missed.
We also discussed the nuances regarding filings. Sarah explained for one filing, although the same form is used, may not include all the forms/documents as the previous filing because of the particulars relating to the individual. Sarah will advise Joe what forms are needed to be completed for that particular filing.
2. Communication – Joe will provide Sarah
