Psalm 23 Flock

Samir,
I believe you are on the right path with the understanding that material wealth and prestige are not eternal. Furthermore, as a manager, the work which is produced by those around us is often as a result of cultivating the flock. For instance, in the case of the Psalm 23 flock, the shepherd leads the flock to green pastures and still water; a place where the flock is safe and can flourish. Therefore, the flock may abundantly produce, and therefore provide to the shepherd with their milk and wool. In the work place, a manager must be mindful to the condition of their flock, because at the end of the day, the flock’s product and attitude often reflects that of their leader. For that reason, a manager must put others before them in an effort
