Curry and Rose are extreme competitors and have played through many minor injuries because they do not want to let their team down. Despite this fact, there are some injuries that no one can play through. Unfortunately for Rose, he has had a series of adverse events. Two years ago, he tore his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in his right knee which caused him to miss the entire season. His team, the Chicago Bulls, who had recruited and signed many talented players along with Rose in order to try and win the championship, was shocked by the loss. He was determined to come back stronger than ever. However, early the next season, after a year of rehabilitation and recovery, Rose tore the ACL in his other knee.
