Where were each of the tools located? Where was the emergency stop button? After I got myself situated with the room, I was handed a beautiful piece of wood. I started by pulling my hair back and walking over to the Radial Arm Saw, and cut my wood into a smaller piece, making sure my feet were properly anchored and the majority of the wood was to my left. I powered on the machine, and after hearing its content hum,and slowly pulled the blade forwards, rocking it back and forth as I went. After that I approached the Planer, and powered it up and ran it through, being careful of my fingers. The wood got stuck a bit, but with a light push, it went through fine without putting too much stress on the machine, revealing two smooth sides. I then turned around to face the Jointer, where I placed my left hand in a “three point” formation and, using my right hand as a pushing force, straightened out one of the end grains of my wood. Then came the Table Saw. I planted my feet firmly, placed my left hand on the edge of the wood, my right on the top of my piece, and cut the wood to my desired width. After a quick trip to the Jointer, where I cleaned up the edge I just cut on the Table Saw, I venture over to my final step, the Mitre Saw. I placed the wood firmly against the fence, planted my feet and hands appropriately, and finished processing my piece of wood. The came the sanding process, alternating between grits to get
