Protein shake. The protein had motivated me to not get picked on by others in my neighborhood. It helped me get through really tough times. For example, a normal day in the neighborhood on a bike ride with my little cousin stopped by some two middle schoolers and one high schooler and intimidated by them. Although I recognized them they still were very stuck on the thought they were going to rob me and my cousin so I told my cousin to keep going and not stop so we did so then they ran after use.
