Since they are the ones handling they evidence, they are the ones that are mostly to blame. They are the ones responsible for turning in the appropriate evidence, especially the ones that are going to prove a suspect to be innocent. The suspects, of course, would have to be involved because they are the ones that are going to be affected if something goes wrong. The suspects are the ones that are going to jail or even to be killed because of something they didn’t do. It would be the prosecutor’s fault. Then there is the jury. The one that is often tricked by the prosecutor so the suspect can go to jail, or worse. They are the ones that make the big decision on what is going to happen overall. The jury is the one that was not shown what it was supposed to see by the prosecutor. This is just some of the people involved.
