The bottom line: less stress and more learning.” This shows that in year round schools due to the frequent breaks, students and teachers don’t get exhausted. However, in traditional calendar schools, breaks are few and far between so students and teachers get tired. When someone is burned out, they are in a state of physical or mental collapse caused by overwork or stress.
