Say that the person was involved in such and such a controversy but get a clever way of removing them from such infamous controversies.
All content on Wikipedia should be properly cited and referenced to avoid plagiarism. With references, not all are valid. Using personal blogs and press releases written by the company PR department might will not be classified as good references. However, mentions on popular newspapers and educational journals are valid references. Once you are done writing your article, proofread it for content and grammar so that it reads smoothly and clearly.
