The pros for the Americans was that they were fighting for peace and everybody wanted peace and happiness I would have anyways, they also had some cons, the American cons was that their soldiers were not quite built and experienced like the British so that really gave the British one advantage, but the British barely got their supplies and things so that was a disadvantage for them also. British had to re-plan their plan, according to Enotes they said, “Yet, after the Battle of Bunker Hill, the British realized that this strategy had to be re- calibrated, given the heavy losses endured.” On Quora they said, “The American strategy, which ultimately prevailed, was to “run out the clock”. Just keep the army in the field and hope for a victory now and then to keep morale up and perhaps the British would eventually tire of the war.” So, the only thing effecting/ effected the war for them was/were ‘running out the clock’.
