At that time did you try desperately to escape the quagmire of snow and ice before realizing how grim the situation was? Did you then try to contact relatives with no avail before, after hours of waiting, you were picked up by a coincidental passerby? If you live in Indiana during the winter months then this scenario is probably reality. Luckily for you the State and Federal governments are working on a solution.
