All “MEN” are created equally this is quoted on are decleration of independence, a staple in american history, shows historically the predominant view that women aren't included in society. In America, women are oppressed politically and socially in such a way that women are not equal to men.Women should be equal to men and we should take steps to prevent inequality. From the beginning women have been inferior to men in some way, it has been rooted into american history . Women are not equal to men in that they are wrongfully stereotyped. Women get paid significantly less than men on average and, women are constantly objectified in their daily lives whether it's online or person-to-person.
Social oppression is apparent in many ways.
