The US has been executing people since 1977 when the government of the united states started to execute people but in 1999 the most executions happened that year. The criminal should be sent to prison for life ,or for more than ten years ,but not to be executed. The death penalty in America should be abolished because execution is inhuman, young teens are being executed, and it is unconstitutional for the government to do that to people.

Juveniles being sentenced in adult court is becoming more of a common issue in today’s society with such crimes as murder being committed by the youth. This has lead people to believe that they should be sentenced in adult court, in order to scare or prevent the juvenile form attempting to commit the crime again. Sentencing juveniles to adult court does not justify a reason for them committing the crime again or violent acts. Juveniles differ from adults, in the way that they are not developed as an adult that commits a crime which he might be more aware of what he is doing rather than young juveniles. I believe that juveniles have a higher chance of being rehabilitated for that reason teens should not be tried in adult court rather in a juvenile…

The craziness about this is the saying “the punishment should fit the crime” is like saying the murder should be murdered, and the rapist should be raped. What benefit is there in killing children, saving the taxpayer money or obtain revenge there has to be a better means for criminal justice agencies in the handling of young offenders. Placing juveniles in prison with adult criminals only creates criminals, because the juvenile would then learn how to survive within the surroundings of the adult population Instead, there is a chance youth offenders are of ages 12 to 16 placed in rehabilitation for a chance to develop as productive adults. More than likely juveniles have gone through life in a poor environment, abusive home, or have been neglected they could even lack in education. Some candidates pass through the justice system, most often placed on parole or…

Death row is not only morally wrong, but it is telling the murders, and other people up for death row, that killing someone for doing something wrong is right.
