Many people text while walking, especially crossing a street. People think that walking while crossing a street shouldn’t be illegal. However, it should be outlawed due to people not paying attention. This essay will inform you on why texting while crossing the street should be illegal. One reason is that people glued to their at their phones do not pay attention to his/her surroundings, therefore they can get unfortunate and get hit.
