Mike Miles uses Logos when stating “Thus laws that delay when and under what conditions teens may drive might in fact put all drivers at risk by preventing teen drivers from gaining valuable driving experience.”(Miles 1) Here he is saying that the more you practice at something the better you get. So if teenagers are allowed to drive at 16 by the time they turn 18 they will already have 2 years of experience.
