In the present, we do know that there is no uniformity of all laws nationwide. I believe that for a person who lives in California, it is impractical to learn all the laws of other states, such as New York, Nevada, Hawaii or other states, merely because they are vacationing or temporarily residing within the state. It is important to declare that I am not in favor of making every single state law that varies from state-to-state federally universal. Many laws including immigration, religion, and other sensate subjects are handled different on a state-by-state basis. I believe that in those cases, we do need state governments to maintain their power, because without it, citizens statewide would feel no benefit in living in a state rather than in another. Living in a state would merely be reduced to geographic location, which we know indeed that that is not the case when most of us decide to live in a place over another.
In conclusion, the lack of uniformity in all state laws does create confusion, problems, and issues for many people, who we may consider to be an unfair case.
